Neal Coomer’s professional career began in Nashville where he was signed to a major label as half the duo “East to West.”

Neal co-wrote many of the bands hits, garnering #1 songs. The band toured nationally and was nominated for numerous awards including “New Artist of the Year.”

After “E2W”, Neal returned to his first love, theatre, playing the leading role in two musicals that have played for years in Florida and have traveled the country. One of which is scheduled to make it’s Broadway debut in the near future.

Most recently, along with fellow Dream Engine vocalist Elaine Caswell, Neal sang with Dolly Parton on her New York television appearances. He has also been a vocalist on the 2005-2006 season of Saturday Night Live, continues writing songs and doing session work, as well as singing jingles in his new home, New York City.
